MY BODY IS SO TIRED

Got a lot done today.
Cleaned bedroom.  Back was killing me.
The temp is cool.  My knee is bothering me.
My feet as usual are burning.
Voice over some Exponents Presentation slides.
Preparing slides for Individual Development/Improvement class I would like to teach at ATHENS STATES CENTER FOR LIFELONG LEARNING.  Emailed proposal.
Also want to present a Basic Math Refresher.
Got many ideas.
Hoping my body holds up.
Retiring is best for me.
I took off this week to get appointments for Irv.
Believe we have a good doc for him.
He scheduled blood work.
Gave Irv Rx for his pain med.
Need to follow up with Transcripts to CCC and ASU and CU.
