FAMILY LOVE!
When we had the bad tornado come through northern Alabama in April, I was dialyzing and tooooooo sick to leave my dialysis chair, less on my house!
My family was so mad that we all didn't leave and go to the home i own in Huntsville Al.
But my soul was at rest, and I sat in the chair and watched the trees sway and the rain and wind blow.
BUT MY FAMILY STAYED WITH ME! Although in closets.
HOW MANY OF YOU ALL LOVE YOUR FAMILY ENOUGH TO SUPPORT THEIR DECISIONS, although crazy ones!!!!!???????
THE DIALYSIS WAIT!
I get up enthused for life saving dialysis!
But after about 2 hours, I'M READY TO GET OFF!
I only have 54 minutes to go!
I AM SLOWLY LEARNING PATIENCE!

No longer REAL THIRSTY!
I use the crave at least a gallon of water per day!
i could not eat without drinking a lot.
I would feel like i was choking with following up each bite with water.
I would base my tip on how well they would give my water glass full.
NOW, I have no desire for fluids.
Know this not good.
I need water to cleanse my body!
Praying for direction!

3 weeks of not feeling well, UGH! Sick & tired of being sick & tired.
Ugh!
Can't figure out what is wrong with me.
BP HAS BEEN LOW. ON THE WAY BACK UP.
Lightheaded, dizzy, unbalanced mobility, legs feel full, back hurts, hips hurt, eyed are super dry, throat and nose intermittently inflamed, site is fuzzy along peripheral vision, shoulders sore, spine behind breast hurt, etc.
Went to ER. nothing wrong according to BLOOD WORK, CAT SCAN, ETC.........
Made an appointment to see NEPHROLOGIST, ONCOLOGIST, RHEUMATOLOGIST, ETC......
I can only sit and sleep comfortably in my dialysis chair.
Since my aorta valve replacement, can't lie down flat comfortably.
Too tired to go to chiropractor, but I've paid for a year already.
Have auto withdrawals with Wellness center. Irv won't go unless I go.
Got to get back into the gym.
Too tired to go to beautician. Can't sit up that long to have hair done.
I have had insomnia on numerous occasions.
Better if I change my hormone patch twice weekly. I should never forget. It pops up on my calendar. But tooooooo tired to move. GOAL: DO BETTER!
I should be use to the process of the doctors taking a year to figure out what's wrong.
Before 12/12/2012, EVERYTHING pain or ache was blamed on my LUPUS.
Now on my dialysis!
I have to do my own medical research to assist the doctors. So tired!
I have been
(1). looking for part time jobs, OPM screwed up my Check! Ugh!
(2) searching for contracts to provide tutoring (Math & Science Academy, Inc. (MSA)
Have had lots of work lately.
Staying up all night meeting obligations!
MUST STOP! Not good for my health!
But, some vets want our services but can't use us because we are not an approved Veterans Admin contract.

Sister used bleach this past week. Lady who sold us the house said not to use bleach.
Forget to tell her. Hope no harm to bacteria in septic tank.

Today was gym day
I am so out of shape!
Dialyzing now. Pen in hair as to not forget where it is as I record the numbers during dialysis.
I exercised my little heart out.
Managed to put in an hour of exercise.
Legs, arms abs, etc.
All worked out.
But, I am so glad The Lord gave me strength to exercise today.
My back stil is bothering me.
Will continue exercise to strengthen my back muscles.
I had cramps all through exercise.
Praying I do not cramp during dialysis.
Got a customer to proof 3 pamphlets via Craig's List.
Also posted my tutoring services on Craig's List.
Want to tutor and do papers full time as a career, now that I am tired.
My goal is to make $90,000 a year more.
Re activated my website http://isbells.gnld.net.
Will sell products via the website.
About to listen in on a conference call, if I remember.
If not will listen to playbacks on tomorrow.
Ordered some juice and nutritional supplement powder.

Trying to get healthy. I am eligible for a kidney in December 2014.
But I have to meet the weight requirement.
I must lose about 50+ pounds.
I am changing my diet and am exercising on a regular basis.
Really working on increasing protein intake.
Losing bone in my jar. The dentists keeps reminding me of that fact.
Ordered protein bars to enhance my protein intake.

I can't eat too much meat. Really bothers my body.

Muscles Cramps & Home Hemodialysis
One of my biggest problems on dialysis is muscle cramps. I usually experience them at the end of the treatment. I notice when I take off too much fluids, I cramp. Usually if I drink a bottle of water (approximately 500 ml) the cramps subside. Otherwise my husband gives me approximately 200 ml of saline solution through the saline tee. One time it took approximately 300 ml of fluid. Mosts of my muscles are in my feet and calves. But I have them in stomach and back on numerous ocasions.
Other situations which causes me to cramp during dialysis are (1) I fail to drink enough water during the day. Particularly when I’ve drank sodas, tea or other juices; (2) I do a lot of walking during the day. My bursars are inflamed and I cramp a lot when I walk. So when I dialyze the bursars cramp.
The cramps hurt so bard. The muscles are sore for days after the incidents. I massage the muscles and eventually their better.

Another Day's Journey
Body is so tired.
Went to ST LOUIS this past weekend, along with Irv and Mom.
7 hours to get there and 7 hours back.
I must have taken toooooo much water off Friday night.
I cramped all day Saturday at the School of Healing!
Particularly in my hip bursors! GLORY!
Really enjoyed the word delivered!
Discussed hindrances to our healing.
Discussed hoe to teach others to go higher in prayer for healing.
Excellent TESTAMONIES.
I was so encouraged to be in the ministry and answer the call of God to Pastor.
Not led to start a church. Just share the Love of God and his Redemption.
We slept in a CHEAP MOTEL WITH CHEAP MATTRESSES!
All of us hurt so bad the next day!
My neck, spinal cord, lower back, legs, feet all HURT SO BAD!
Mom was in bed all day.
I felt much better after visiting the Chiropractor!
Fell good also because I drove myself.
Will get another appoint for next week if still hurting at end of week.
Worried I might not meet the weight requirement for a TRANSPLANT.
GOOing to wellness center now.
Lord give me strength to persevere!
My upper arms (fat) cramps when I do the arms exercises.
But I will take my time and do them.
I must firm up my arms!
Thighs are ridiculous.
I was on prednisone for a week for Bronchitis and gained more than 10'pounds! Ugh!
Bottoms of my feet hurt so bad!
Can't find no relief!
My sinus keep draining lots of GOOP! Just crazy!
Still coughing up lots of phelm.
Might need another dose of Musinex.
Didn't take it with me this weekend. Ugh!
Still having problems with bowels.
All this medication probably the culprit.
But I'm on it! Taking softener.
Do not want COLON CANCER AGAIN!
Taking a Calculus 1 class at local community college.
Trying to review the subjects for better tutoring.
Will take 2 and 3 also.
Then on to higher Math Classes!
Want to deliver the best service to my tutees!
Just finished dialyzing @ 9:12 p.m.
Only took 1 kilo off.
Scared to do 2 again. The cramps are really bad. If I don't drink enough water, I cramp really bad! GO FIGURE! Thank you Lord for allowing me to urinate! I do not take this for granite. I know my water intake is not restricted because of my ability to urinate.
Had the right knee repaired before. A piece of cartilage was loose!
But I believe it's loose again.
Will invite the new drug that is injected in your knee for more cushion.
I'm walking with bone on bone because the Lupus has eaten all the cartilage.

Another Day
We had a rough time dialyzing on Mon., 03-10-2014. First I went to emergency room.
Was told I have Brochitis and Pleurisy. Was given antibiotic and the dreaded Prednisone.
Was feeling bad all over. My whole chest hurt so bad. Every time I breath deeply my chest cavity hurt really bad. Then we came home and started dialysis. The SAK expired mid dialysis. Irv had to hang 4 bags, switch the chicken foot line, etc, we managed. But we also had to draw blood. A very daunting night. Maid not finish until 2 a.m. I could not sleep. Fell asleep at 4 a.m. And had to be up at 6 a.m. In order to go to an appointment at 8 a.m. In HUNTSVILLE. Was dehydrated. But the tech got the blood. Was so tired when returned home.
Then, today I got a call from Huntsville Hospital telling me I have two non-calcified nodules on the upper lobes of my lung. May get a result of my bronchitis. What? The doc had not said anything to me! She said her job is to go over charts and that she saw this on X-ray but was not noted in chart. Asked my permission to forward to my docs on record. Yes! Duh! I'll wait for doctor's office to call me then I will call a lung doc myself. Will try to get doc here in Athens vs going to my doc in Huntsville. Probably nothing to worry about. MERCY JESUS!
Got a lot to do. Help with grands. Tutor. Take next test. Ugh! I will survive.
All for now. Dialyzing late tonight also!

At the doc office
Irv an I have been here since about 0840. Appointments at 0855 and 0900.
It is now 0941. I am tired, exhausted and lifeless. Did not get any sleep last night. My back, knees and neck are hurting. The last thing I want. To do is wait! Ugh!
But that's how it is. Joining the wellness center today to get off at least 30 pounds.
Have to slow down eating meat. Must find other sources of proteins.
I want the biggest salad about now. Money is funny, but God is good!
Blow dried my hair straight this morning. It's gonna be a big poof by tonight! Ha ha ha ha ha
Watched lots of Mary Mary last night. I hurt because they hurt. But as Erica said, lots of people are praying for them!
So sorry to hear Rita Thaler Alongi lost her son. She's a dear friend of mind from work. We worked together in the Apache PMO and the Chinook PMO. Just a very nice person. Praying for her and the family.
Finally got my thank you cards off, about a month late, BUY GOT ER DONE!
Was riding the mower yesterday and making good time of cutting front years. One of the blades bent at the tip when I went into a hole. The hole that was made by husband when he drove the car in the front yard and got stuck. Breana and Irv Jr had to get the car out of the mud. That was so funny! But not when I rode into the hole with one of the mower's tires. Ugh!
Did not have the kids over yesterday. Missed my Boobies.
Took my test on yesterday, another B.
I must keep studying! An A is what I want!
Retaking my Calculus series (I, II, III). Must be ready to recall quicker when I'm tutoring. Smiles.
Gat a call from a previous student. Had to resend her transcript. The previous one burned in a house fire. She has a daughter. Her parents are doing fine. Glad yo hear that!
Irv and I are putting together a cabinet for my Mom. It is great how the parts are put together. But laborious. It's for her Bathroom. Next we have to put together a vanity. Escapades!
Loving living in West Limestone County. Pretty quiet until the boys bring out the guns! Ughhhhhhhhhhh! Otherwise OK.
I put together a shelf for myself, along with a shoe rack for our bedroom. No more tripping over shoes!
Finally out of doc office @ 1016! Wow!
Said my back is the problem, not kidney stones.
Must do stretching exercises.
Joining wellness center today!
I am feeling sick, stomach aches, everything aches! Headache. Sinuses!
That's hard explaining that everything hurts!
On my way to clinic (my new clinic is Pansy) to pick up Sharps container and tourniquet.

Earlier had a sharp pain in my right arm.
Always having the pain rotate. Ugh!

Must Remodel the BARN! North side!
