Last night was tough

I had severe cramps. I walked and walked until I could not walk anymore!
IRV tried to massage my feet and calves. My left thigh and right calf still hurt today from cramps on yesterday.
I did not stand up that much while I taught the T & E class for two days at UAH.
Believe the cramps occurred because I ran out of ZEMPLAR!
Whatever reason I am sore all over.
I have cramps all over, side, neck, arm, hand, etc.
This hard but doable.
