My story
I have SLE (1975). Have the fistula in my left arm. There is a cut from my elbow to my arm pit. Dr said the first one collapsed and he had do second. I inch like crazy. I am at 20% kidney function, pre-dialysis. I have had Lupus Kidney Disease since 1989. My husband of 30 years has been a great help. It also helps that he went back to school to be a nurse (not because of me :) ha ha ha). But he can answer a lot of my questions. I do a lot of research about diet, etc. it is hard but encouraging!
